About Us

Kavallierr Entertainment was established in 2025 by our Director Aleandro Bartolo. Aleandro always had a flair for creative storytelling and in the summer of 2024 found his muse by writing no less than four pieces of drama; three short films and a stage comedy in Maltese. He decided to give his work a brand name in 2025 before sharing his artistic work nationwide.

 

Aleandro is a trained actor, having experience both on stage and on camera with the majority of his roles being as a main or secondary. He is currently undergoing a Director's course under the mentorship of celebrated director Bryan Muscat. In future he would like to delve deep into cinematography and post-production.

Why 'Kavallierr'?

Our vision is to entertain audiences with stories based on real-life topics and experiences while adding creative elements to make for an interesting narrative. Our brand name is the brain-child of our director Aleandro who when choosing a name wanted to clearly establish our connection to the Maltese Islands.

 

The Knights of Malta (kavallieri in Maltese) are a symbol of the country's bravery, beautiful architecture and willpower. These are values that we hold close to our heart and hence why the name Kavallierr was chosen. Our mission is to always carry the Maltese flag anywhere we take our productions both local and overseas.

Our Work

Kavallierr Entertainment has multiple projects in the pipeline with the aim of establishing itself as a leading creative force in the local drama scene, with out-of-the-box and creative stories.

 

Kavallierr's first production will be the short film FATAL DECEPTION, written by Aleandro Bartolo and Pearl Saliba. Directed by Aleandro and starring Pearl Saliba, Myron Ellul and Jonathan Vella, the short film tells the story of a young couple whose different characters clash, leading to an unfortunate turn of events which changes their lives forever. A gripping but realistic thriller, it is currently in production and will be released in the summer of 2025.
